Ask A Refund
Ask for help and write us an email to the adress firstname.lastname@example.org to get your refund.
In the email please specify the following:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Adress
- The last 4 digits of your credit card OR your order ID (We need to know what was the credit card you used to pay with to be able to find the order for which you are asking for a refund. If you can't remember which card you used to purchase your product(s), write the order number you received when you purchased our product. - Your detailed issue (We are interested to know your opinion and what made you change your mind regarding the product. Please select from the list the reason that led you to this decision.)
- What to refund (Please tell us the name of the product(s) you would like a refund for. If you don't remember the name of the products, you can also find them in the confirmation email you received from us when you purchased the product.)
And wait for our reply on email. We'll get in touch with you and help you get your money back as soon as possible.
